As a single mother, daughter of Christ and active community liaison, Valerie has dedicated her life to helping others in need and assuring that resources are being properly utilized. With over 14 years of work experience within the social services field and extreme life experiences, Success thru Patience and Education came to be. While wanting to tackle the world's issues, the neurodivergent and at-risk youth population is where she would begin. As the Regional Coordinator for BEANS Behavior Analysis Services, the struggles of neurodivergent teens to fit in and reach common milestones become so challenging that depression and suicide become their reality. As a mother that has experienced this hardship, serving the youth is critical to societies success. Providing support and direction would lead to  hope within the families and their communities.

With over nine years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve made it my mission to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe to heal. My work brings together the best of science, clinical research, and faith — because I believe true healing touches both the heart and the mind.

I specialize in trauma recovery, substance use and abuse, family therapy, parent and caregiver support, and more. Whether I’m walking alongside someone through deep emotional pain or helping a family rebuild connection, my approach is always down-to-earth and rooted in compassion.

People often tell me they feel an instant sense of calm and comfort in our sessions — like they can finally exhale and be themselves. That’s the space I strive to create: one where healing feels possible, faith feels alive, and you know you’re not walking this journey alone.

Terry-Ann Taylor is the passionate founder and director of Taylor Success Learning, a hybrid microschool and tutoring program based in Kissimmee, Florida. With over 15 years of experience in education, Terry-Ann is a certified Florida teacher specializing in Preschool Education, Elementary Education, and Exceptional Student Education (K–12). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York.

Her journey began in traditional classrooms in New York, where she witnessed firsthand how many students, especially those with learning differences, struggled to thrive in one-size-fits-all settings. That experience inspired her to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child can learn at their own pace in their own way.

At Taylor Success Learning, Terry-Ann blends her expertise in individualized instruction with a deep commitment to empowering neurodivergent learners. She partners closely with families to design personalized learning plans that promote both academic mastery and personal growth.

Beyond the classroom, Terry-Ann is a special education advocate, entrepreneur, and community builder dedicated to expanding educational opportunities across Central Florida. Her vision is to reimagine learning so that every child, regardless of background or ability, feels seen, supported, and successful

Lymairy Checo She has practiced the discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over eight years. From a very young age she discovered her passion for helping others, especially children. While working towards her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Miami she began her studies in human behavior. After graduating Magna Cum Laude she went on to work in a center for intensive behavior intervention. 

With the desire to further help children, she earned a master's degree from Florida International University & the Florida Institute of Technology, specializing in Behavior Analysis.

Today, she has helped many families, offering children individualized programs as well as parent training. 

BEANS was born from Lymairy’s strong desire to create a platform that offers top quality services to all seeking ABA therapy.
